What it is
Most of the time teammates work in parallel: 1-on-1 chats with you, with sync as the cross-cutting move. A meeting is the rare exception — when you want them to argue, brainstorm, or draft something together in real time.
Outputs from a meeting flow back through the same trust contract: candidate facts and decisions land in your Review Queue.
